energy production
To provide the energy supply of the several greenhouse decks, the roof is extended through solar collectors and wind turbines. This energy is used to supply the food production and the
electricity of the greenhouse decks. There the energy supplys growing lamps and the lightning.

Water collection
Emerging rainwater is collected at the roof to supply the water consumption of the greenhouseses. It is gathered with a containersystem and is linked to the different decks.
Teamwork rooms Workshops are organized at the rooftop. Therefore modules
are installed to provide spaces and communication areas. Residents can meet, discuss and plan their next greenhouse and cooperation projects.

greenhouses
At the main parking decks of the parking structure different greenhouse adaptions are installed. With customizable sizes, the different units can be used by single persons up to different groups.

regional food
The greenhouses allows the production of regional fruits and vegetables. Through the whole process, the residents around are linked to the quarter, to the process of gardening and shape a new part of their enviroment.

community projects
Through the workshop areas at the rooftop the residents get the opportunity to get together, define their own projects and find other people to join their idea. So a group of new friends can come together to use several greenhouse units to realise their project or vision.

regional market place
At the ground floor of the parking structure a regional market places is established. Here the people can sell their goods, regional products and greenhous products.

identification
This small market extends the local quarter and leeds to a personal identification of the own living space and city.

15 min city
If this concept of reuse is established all over the different citys, every living quarter gets his own little regional market. The residents learn more about enviroment, meets new people and
start a deeper identification to the quarter. The ways to shopping places are shortened and the enviromental quality is raised by local projects, local products, local communitys.
